Under the hood is a massive 3.6L V6 engine that puts out 310 horsepower and 266 pound-feet of torque. It is mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission. Speed isn’t its strongest suit, but it won’t be found wanting during overtaking and highway merging. More importantly, the new Enclave keeps all the engine noise outside the cabin using its active noise cancellation feature.
It keeps the ride plush and soft with premium ride suspension components, including a five-link rear suspension to make it feel like you’re always gliding over potholes. Highway fuel consumption is very good at 25 mpg, considering the heft and engine size.
